DD Improvements was founded in 2018, by Darren McIntyre. The company's mission is to provide assistance with setting up and managing technology for individuals and companies that don't have dedicated IT staff. 

 

Most of what we use (and rely on) in our homes and businesses is connected to the internet, and needs configuration in order to function properly.  For many individuals the setup and management of these devices is tedious and time consuming.  Relying on customer service from the companies that produce and sell technology is often a frustrating experience.  

 

DDI's goal is to take care of the setup and configuration of all things technology related, so our client's time can be better spent on other things.
